It consists of a Viscount caravan (6.8m) and a Radford solid annex (4.5m) with a covered verandah of 10 sq.m. The caravan has a tropical roof. The site size is 134 sq.m.

The caravan / annex can sleep up to 4 adults and two kids with a built-in double bed + 2 bench seats that convert into kid’s beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the annexe.

Under the verandah there is enough storage room for 2-3 kayaks or surfboards.
