A typical situation. A couple from England arriving to stay one night. They are still here after 8 nights and have arranged to bring their parents here in December. Here is why:

We are finding it hard to leave…

“We have been road tripping from Melbourne to Sydney – and this has been the best campsite we have found. Beautiful setting – great wildlife, as well as being reasonably priced & extremely helpful/friendly We are finding it hard to leave and move on!”

Durras Review

We’ll be sure to bring our friends….

“Dear Peter and Wendy, Thank you so much for your kind generosity! We have loved our stay at Durras Lake North and will be back in the near future. We’ll be sure to bring our friends. Keep up the great work.”

The Roos were an absolute bonus!

“Thanks for having us. Mum, Dad and I really enjoyed staying and the roos were an absolute bonus! The Dolphin Cabin was perfectly suited to our basic needs, and the view out to the patch of grass the roos hung out at was just priceless :) Thanks for being so helpful – please also pass on our thanks to John, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I’ll definitely want to stay again, and Mum and Dad are keen too!”

Thank you for a fantastic weekend. You’re in such a beautiful part of the world and our Dutch and French friends loved the new Aussie ‘friends’ they made during the stay (more commonly know as Kangaroos, Kookaburras, Lorikeets and King Parrots!). Luke and Katherine, September 2011
