Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read through the following terms and conditions which are conditional to making a reservation.


Booking Fee / Deposits

A non-refundable 30% booking fee / deposit must be made to confirm your booking.  This money will be taken from the credit card submitted when making your booking.

Balance of payment

The full balance of your booking is payable upon arrival. The original booking promised is the booking to be paid for, and non-refundable in the case of early departure. Payment can be made by cash or credit card upon arrival.

Forms of payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash.  It is also possible to pay by direct deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds

Should you cancel your booking, your booking fee / deposit will not be refunded. If you do not arrive on the first day of your booking, and you have not agreed with us a changed arrival day, then the booking will be cancelled with no refund of the booking fee.

NOTE: In Peak Seasons, the full balance is to be paid by you on the first day of your booked stay. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged automatically by us the outstanding balance later that day or the next. To be considered, proposed changes to arrival dates have to be agreed with us seven (7) days before your original date of arrival.


Low season is outside of NSW and ACT school holidays.
School seasons includes school holidays for NSW and ACT.
Shoulder seasons are on either side of the Peak seasons.
Peak season includes Christmas/New Year school holidays (15 Dec to 31 Jan), Canberra Day (March), Easter (April), Anzac Day (when on Fri/Mon) and NSW Labour Day (October) long weekends.

Minimum booking periods

For bookings during Christmas holidays, generally a 7 night minimum unless there are gaps available between other bookings.  Over Easter, a minimum of 4 nights applies.  Long weekends, a minimum of 3 nights.  Weekends, a minimum of 2 nights unless advised.

Age of children

A child is 2 years and over up to the age of 16 years at the time of visit.

Tariff changes

We reserve the right to alter tariffs appearing on this website.

Check In and Check Out times

Check-In time for cottages and cabins is 2pm.  Check-Out time is 10am. Late checkouts may be possible – please enquire during your visit, a late checkout fee may be applicable.

For camping, Check-In time is 12pm.  Check-Out time is 11am.

Late arrivals

Please advise if you are arriving after 6:00pm so we can make arrangements. For campers, no arrivals or setting up after 9:00pm please.

Linen for Cabins & Cottages

Lightweight doonas and pillows are provided for each bed in all cottages and cabins.  Complete linen is compulsory on each bed used.

You do need to bring your own sheets (bottom sheet, top sheet) plus pillow slip and towels.  Use of sleeping bags only is not acceptable.

Linen hire is available from us on a ‘per bed’ basis.  Also bath towels are available for hire.

Park facilities

Click here to refer to our Park Guidelines for general conditions of use of the park. These are primarily common sense to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all park users.

Management reserves the right to terminate a booking if Park Guidelines are not met.

Noise (after 10pm) and No Amplified music in campground and Rooftop air conditioners (limited)

No Pet dogs and cats

  • No dogs are allowed for campground guests
  • No dogs are allowed for guests in any of the rented cottages or cabins
  • Cats are not allowed anywhere, anytime, in the park
