It consists of a Franklin caravan (4.5m) and an Autovation solid annex (4.5m) with a covered verandah on the west, and open verandah on the north. The caravan has a tropical roof. The site size is 100 square metres.

The caravan / annex can sleep up to 4 persons with a double bed + 2 kid’s bunk beds. The original dining area can also be converted to beds on a nightly basis.
Under the verandah and in a small shed, there is enough storage room for kayaks, surfboards and other beach gear.
