FOR SALE at $16,000
Spend this winter doing a renovation and be ready for summer in your new onsite van. This large van & annex combination has the “good bones” that will reward effort, and endure, e.g. a new wrap around verandah with side entry allowing car parking at front of van.
Fully outfitted to suit a large family – sold on a “walk in, walk out” basis with all inclusions of furniture and kitchenware.
Site V67 is located one spot off the western boundary of the park, tucked away in the private north west corner providing direct access to Discovery Trail through Murramarang National Park. This site gets north-east summer in winter, and it is protected from the western summer sun in the afternoon by tall gum trees.
Check park map here for location = V67
This spacious van (Millard 7.8m) and the long & broad annex (Autovation 7.5m x 3.0m) are located on a site of 100 square metres. The caravan has a new tropical roof (2019) for cooling. Access is via new BCA compliant steps (2022) – handrails should be fitted.
The van & annex currently sleeps four with a double bed + two full-size single beds. This could be expanded to six to eight with a replacement set of 3/4 double bunks, plus another two on the sofa bed.
Under the van & annex is lots of room for storing kayaks, surfboards and other beach gear. (again investment in slat wall panels will add value to your new van, and prevent large animals from getting underneath the structures)
There are many inclusions with this sale such as a fridge, TV & sink, microwave, gas cook top, and more.
